Home of Sound and Lights (HS) is adapting to today’s market by providing the latest CDJ set with variety of media formats.
The CDJ-2000 enables playback of MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF audio files from CDs and USB memory devices, and from DVDs and SD cards as well on the CDJ-2000. A USB port located on top of the turntable enables Dj’s or users to quickly connect an external storage device such as a Tonium Pacemaker or a hard drive packed with music files, minimizing the need to bring a laptop computer to performances.
The Pioneer DJM-900 has lots of inputs and outputs to satisfy all DJ’s needs. There is a Left/Right Return and Send quarter inch jacks for external effects modules and a true MIDI OUT connection. There are four digital RCA inputs for CD decks on the back. There is a RJ-45 PRO-DJ LINK Ethernet port that allows DJ’s to connect laptops or Pioneer CDJ’s for full Rekordbox software integration.
There is a MIC 2 quarter-inch input on the rear as well (MIC 1 is a dual style input on the top faceplate). All of the outputs include: Balanced XLR Master, RCA Master2, Record RCA, quarter inch BOOTH, and Digital Master RCA outputs. There are four CD/Line level RCA inputs and four PHONO level RCA inputs in total.
